1 MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.800
 
2 Country Oven Apricot Slice Mix 4.000
 
  Water 0.400
 
4 FIL-O-FINE DUSTING SUGAR 0.000

  Total Weight 5.200
Method:  1. Melt Group 1. Place Group 1 and Group 2.
2. Using beater, blend all ingredients together on low speed until clear. Scrape down.
3. Continue mixing on low speed until ingredients are just combined. Do not over mix
4. Spread of the mix evenly with a rolling pin on a baking tray.
5. Spread Group 3 evenly over the mix.
6. Sprinkle / Crumble remaining mix over the top.
7. Bake at 180C for approximately 16 minutes.
8. Do not over bake.
9. Allow to stand in the baking tray for approximately 30 minutes before tuning out.
10. To finish dust with Group 4.
