USING BAKELS MUD CAKE MIX

  BAKELS MUD CAKE MIX 3.400    69.5%

  Total Weight 4.900
Method:  1. Place all ingredients in above order into a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle.
2. Mix for 30 seconds on slow speed.
3. Do not overmix.
4. Scrape down.
5. Mix for a further 4 minutes on second speed.
6. Do not overmix.
7. Deposit 400g into a standard size sponge tin greased with TINGLIDE SPRAY.
8. Bake at 170C for approximately 50 minutes.
9. Cool then ice using PETTINICE RTU CHOCOLATE ICING.
10. Leave plain or decorate in a pattern with BAKELS WHOLE GLAZED RED or sprinkle with chocolate hail.
Notes:  Recipe percentages are on total batter / mix weight (100%)
Yield:  12 units scaled at 400g.
