  Golden Syrup 0.200
  Sugar 0.150
  Condensed Milk 0.150
2 Flour 0.100

  Total Weight 0.850
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in saucepan over heat
2. Bring Group 1 to boil
3. Slowly add Group 2 until cleared, Do not over cook.
4. Speard on bases while warm
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
