USING CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX

1 MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.500
 
2 CHOC CHIP BISCUIT MIX 1.000
 
  BAKELS BOYSENBERRY FILLING 0.300

  Total Weight 1.800
Method:  1. Lightly cream Group 1.
2. Scrape down.
3. Add Group 2 and blend in on slow speed.
4. Do not over mix.
5. Deposit 30g (1oz) units on an ungreased baking tray and slightly flatten.
6. Bake at 195C (385F) for approximately 16 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: 60 biscuits scaled at 30g (1oz).
