  Total Weight 2.150
Method:  1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl fitted with beater in above order.
2. Mix through on slow speed.
3. Do not over mix.
4. Deposit into muffin tins.
5. Bake at 220C (430F) for approximately 12 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
