Method:  1. Blend together dry ingredients.
2. Add to water in mixing bowl and just mix through.
3. Do not over mix.
4. Deposit into muffin tins.
5. Bake at 220C (430F) for approximately 12 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
