Method:  1. Blend together dry ingredients.
2. Add to water in mixing bowl and mix through.
3. Deposit into muffin tins.
4. Bake at 220C (430F) for approximately 12 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
