USING MORAH CAKE MEDIUM TWIN

  HERCULES BAKING POWDER 0.035
  Semolina 0.500
 
2 MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.750
 
  Castor Sugar 0.375
 
3 Dates (Chopped) 1.000
 
  Honey 0.250
  Water 0.250
  APITO LEMON PASTE 0.020
  Cinnamon 0.005

  Total Weight 4.185
Method:  1. Blend Group 1.
2. Soften the butter in Group 2 and add Castor Sugar.
3. Mix to crumble on low speed.
4. Filling:
5. Heat Group 3 and use while warm.
6. Spread half crust mixture on a standard baking tray and press down firmly.
7. Spread with date filling.
8. Crumble remainder of crust on top.
9. Press down.
10. Oven temperature 190C (375F).
