USING COUNTRY OVEN RUSSIAN SLICE MIX

2 COUNTRY OVEN RUSSIAN SLICE MIX 2.500
 
3 Crystallised Ginger 0.800
 
  Ground Ginger 0.020

  Total Weight 4.930
Method:  1. Bring Group 1 to boil.
2. Add Group 2 and Group 3.
3. Mix on slow speed until clear.
4. Spread mixture onto a standard baking tray lined with paper on the base.
5. Bake at 190C (375F) for approximately 28 minutes.
6. When cold, cut into squares or fingers.
7. Leave plain or decorate with FIL-O-FINE DUSTING SUGAR or drizzle with CHOCKEX SUPREME.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
