  Apricots (pre-soaked in hot water and chopped) 0.900

Method:  1. Bring Group 1 to boil.
2. Add Group 2.
3. Mix on slow speed until clear.
4. Spread onto a standard baking tray lined with paper on the base.
5. Bake at 190C (375F) for approximately 28 minutes.
6. When cold, cut into squares or fingers.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield: One standard baking tray.
