Method:  1. Place all ingredients into a mixer with a paddle, liquids first.
2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.
3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on second speed.
4. Place in preheated oven at 170C. until baked.
5. Make into round cakes, cupcakes, slabs, blocks etc.
6. Ice as required.
