USING COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX

2 COUNTRY OVEN MUESLI SLICE MIX 1.200
 
  Wholemeal Flour 0.650
  Rolled Oats 0.600
  Sugar 0.650
  Eggs 0.100

  Total Weight 4.100
Method:  1. Melt Group 1.
2. Add to Group 2 and blend through.
3. Spread 1/2 of this mixture evenly on a lightly greased baking tray and press down.
4. Evenly spread prepared filling over base (see next page for filling recipe).
5. Spread remainder of base mixture over filling to top.
6. Bake at 180c (356F) for approximately 30 minutes.
7. Allow to cool and cut before completely cold.
8. Leave plain or lightly dust with FIL-O-FINE DUSTING SUGAR.
Yield:  Yield: One standard baking tray.
