USING CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUIT MIX
Group  Ingredient KG
1 MORAH CAKE or Butter 0.500
 
2 CHOC CHIP BISCUIT MIX 1.000

  Total Weight 1.500
Method:  1. Lightly cream Group 1. Scrape down.
2. Add Group 2 and blend in on slow speed. Do not overmix.
3. Deposit 30g (1oz) units onto an ungreased baking tray. Flatten slightly.
4. Bake at 195C (385F) for approximately 16 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield approximately 50 biscuits scaled at 30g (1oz).
