USING BAKELS HOKEY POKEY MUFFIN MIX

Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend on slow speed for approximately 1 minute. Scrape down.
2. Mix on second speed for 4 minutes.
3. Blend in Group 2 on slow speed.
4. Bake at 180C (356F).
5. To produce delicious biscuits combine 2kg Bakels Hokey Pokey Muffin Mix, 600g Morah Cake or Butter, 400g Flour. Add 100g eggs and mix to clear. Bake at 180C for approximately 18 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of mixture into muffin tins.
Yield:  Yield 60 muffins (metric recipe).
