USING COUNTRY OVEN RUSSIAN SLICE MIX

1 MORAH CAKE or Butter 1.285
 
  Water 0.325
 
2 COUNTRY OVEN RUSSIAN SLICE MIX 2.500
 
  Sultanas (presoaked in hot water & drained) 1.200

  Total Weight 5.310
Method:  1. Bring Group 1 to the boil.
2. Add Group 2 and mix on slow speed until clear.
3. Spread mixture out onto a paperlined standard baking tray.
4. Bake at 190C (375F) for approximately 28 minutes.
5. When cold, cut either into squares or fingers.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
Yield:  Yield one standard baking tray.
